Waiting with batted breath, a new team member enters (Blaze)

Nevena sits at the large table in the middle of the room. She shifts back and forth in excitment, her father had called her earlier and told her that he'd found her a new team mate. She had to box Dustin, but he was alright with it since this new team mate was rescued and needed a good trainer. At last the door opens and Nevena run up to hug her father.
"Hi dad!! So?! Where is he?!"
Her father laughs and pats his daughters head.
"Slow down Nev. He's right here."
Her father brings out a pokeball and places it in her hands.
"Now you take good care of him ok?"
"You bet I will!!"
Her father smiles at her just before he leaves and shuts the heavy door after him. Nev smiles broadly and throws the pokeball up into the air, excited to meet him already.
"Let's go!!"

Blaze came out of the pokeball and when the red flash cleared down he saw a young girl in front of him. He then realized that it was the female trainer named Nevena but he still asked,
''Are you Nevena?'' If it wasn't he would attack her and run away. He wished it was because he suffered from his other trainer. He was surprised about how the trainer looked so mature too. He heard from her dad that she had a pchyic connection with her pokemon so he thought,
'Is it true that you have a pchyic connection with your pokemon

Nevena looked up at Blaze in awe, and even more so when she heard him talk. She stands there for a moment, then after he asks if it was her she nods.
"Yes I am Nevena."
She smiles softly to him.
'And yes I do have a telepathic connection with my pokemon. Tell me, what's your name?"

''My name is Blaziken, But call me Blaze. May I meet the rest of your team and get settled in here and can you tell me about this Team Nova?''

"Of course! First of all, Team Nova is a team where we free abused pokemon such as yourself from bad trainers. We oppose team like Team Rocket and all others like it. We are here to protect pokemon and give them a second chance at life. Now, to introduce your new team mates!"
She takes out five other pokeballs and throws them into the air. In flashes of red all her ful team stands in the large room.
"For left to right, this is Iris my Venasuar. Jasmine my Nidoqueen. Archibald my Pidgeot. Houdini my Alakazam. And Crystal my Dragonair. Everyone, this is Blaze."
Iris waddles over to Blaze and smiles warmly.
"Vena! Saur saur!!!"

''Hello Venasaur, You know you have a good trainer?'' He then stared at Nevena and said,
Shall we go on a walk, and you can show me around the city? By the way nice group.'' He then waited for a answer from Nevena.

Nevena smiles and pats Iris on the head.
"Well thank you Blaze. Everyone seems to like you already. And sure I can give you a tour around the city. I was born and raised here, I know it like the back fo my hand."
She returns everyone except Blaze and smiles up at him.
"Man you're tall, my neck's getting stiff. Oh well, we're very glad to have you Blaze. Come on, let the tour begin."
She says, turning to the door and opening it.
